Chef de Partie
You will be responsible for production of food items and ensuring all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion while ensuring HACCP compliance within the kitchen.
Kitchen Porter
Reporting to the Head /Sous Chef, the Kitchen Porter will support the chef and kitchen team in maintaining hygiene & cleanliness levels in the kitchens.
Head Kitchen Stewart
Responsible for overseeing stewarding operations across its three kitchens and managing a team of kitchen porters, coordinating staffing rosters in conjunction with the Executive Chef.
