Chef de Partie
You will be responsible for production of food items and ensuring all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion while ensuring HACCP compliance within the kitchen.
Kitchen Porter
Reporting to the Head /Sous Chef, the Kitchen Porter will support the chef and kitchen team in maintaining hygiene & cleanliness levels in the kitchens.
Head Kitchen Stewart
Responsible for overseeing stewarding operations across its three kitchens and managing a team of kitchen porters, coordinating staffing rosters in conjunction with the Executive Chef.
Head Chef
Responsible for all overseeing the daily operations of the hotel 1180 kitchen to include hiring, training and overseeing kitchen staff, and ensuring a high-quality, cost-effective product.
