We are currently looking to fill Supervisory positions in our Food & Beverage team. If you are passionate about exceptional customer service and have any previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage Service, we would love to hear from you.

Successful candidates must be available to work full time hours, midweek days and also weekends. Flexibility is a must.

What will I be doing?

• Customer focus is key
• You must be able to work on own initiative to complete tasks up to our standard procedures
• You will be responsible for the setup of assigned tables, retrieving and serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables
• Maintaining cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment

What have I done previously?

• Have a good knowledge of food & drinks service standards
• Be able to demonstrate an efficient and courteous approach to guests, be great a communicator and have a friendly manner.
• Be experienced in a standard driven environment and be detail orientated
