Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all public areas across the resort, including lobbies, restrooms, staff areas, and other guest facing facilities.       

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean all public areas including hotel lobbies, restrooms, stairs, and lounge area.
  • Ensure all restrooms are clean, stocked, and well maintained at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping storage areas and cleaning supplies.
  • Check and refill supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and tissues in public restrooms.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Ensure all tasks are performed to a high standard.
  • Handle equipment and chemicals safely and according to training.
  • Work with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Report any feedback and issues to relevant managers.

Skills/Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts is required (Hours of work vary between the hours of 7am and 11pm)
  • Minimum 12 months valid work permit required.
