Conference & Banqueting Waiter

You will be responsible for a smooth and efficient running of the conference & banqueting department while maintaining agreed standards of customer service.

Chef de Partie

You will be responsible for production of food items and ensuring all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion while ensuring HACCP compliance within the kitchen.

Accommodation Assistant

You will be responsible for assuming the responsibility for the day to day cleanliness of our rooms, lodges and public areas while maintaining a high standard of health, safety and hygiene standards.

Linen Porter

You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the resort and assisting the accommodation team as needed.

Responsible for providing a high quality of service to all guests and maintain the lobby areas to the standard of the hotel regarding cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security.

Duty Manager

Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery.

Marketing Executive

Responsible for driving brand visibility, managing content, and supporting revenue-generating initiatives.

Food & Beverage Assistant

Responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the hotel’s Food & Beverage services

Breakfast Chef

Responsible for breakfast meal services at Kilkea Castle.

Bartender

Responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness and stock of the bar, and providing excellent customer service to enhance guests' overall experience.
